5. Warranties and Disclaimers
Provider warrants that promotional programs will be conducted in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. However, Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from promotional programs. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
6. Modifications to Policy
Provider reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. If there are significant changes, Provider will notify you using appropriate means such as email or by posting a notice on its website. Any modifications become effective on the date they are posted, unless otherwise stated.
